1200 Vegan Calories a Day

You’ve heard me say it before, so many plant based experts will tell you by sticking to a whole food plant based diet, you’ll never have to count calories again….blah blah blah. But as you know, plants don’t have magic calories that don’t count. They all count. So I’m making 1200 calories meal plans for myself, and hope that you can benefit too.
