40 Pound vegan weight loss transformation

How I changed my diet to lose 40 pounds, (18kg) after being vegan for YEARS and never seeing sustainable weight loss. I DIDN’T lose weight going vegan, and I gained significant weight on a vegan diet during my pregnancies, it wasn’t a plant based diet that helped me get lean, it was understanding calorie density and the need for a calorie deficit.
