You can have this haldi doodh made with almond milk as a morning or bedtime drink. The ingredients in this healthy turmeric milk will help to boost your metabolism, helps to reduce inflammation (pcos, thyroid, diabetes related), helps to stimulate thyroid hormone production, helps in autoimmune conditions that affect the thyroid gland. The antioxidants in turmeric benefits thyroid health and balance thyroid hormone levels. Turmeric also helps to manage hyperthyroidism.

1/2 turmeric powder

A fat pinch of black pepper powder
1 tbsp honey
