FullyRawKristina looks great, and it doesn’t matter (thoughts on HCLF

Nicole from Banana TV recently commented on Kristina Carrillo-Bucaram’s ( aka FullyRawKristina) weight gain. According to Nicole, Kristina is not at her “ideal weight.” Why does she think this? That’s a very good question.

Something I neglected to mention was the 2013 meta-analysis of 97 studies that found those who were overweight (BMI 25-29.9) had a lower risk of mortality than those who were normal weight (BMI 18.5-24.9). And those who were “grade 1” obese (BMI 30-34.9) had the same rate as those who were normal weight. This is further proof that health is not as simple as being thin and looking good. http://jama.jamanetwork.com/article.aspx?articleid=1555137
