Transitioning into a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle can be super difficult! A lot of you have been asking me how to become a vegetarian or vegan and some advice on how to stop eating meat. Well, here’s some advice on becoming vegetarian for beginners and becoming vegan for beginners.
In this video, we share our stories of how we stopped eating meat as well as our tips and advice on how to stop eating meat products. This is the first step towards venturing to a veggie diet, and is probably the hardest one to overcome for beginners.
Each person is unique and different in their own way, so each transition story will differ based on the individual. But remember, becoming vegan or vegetarian over night is nearly impossible, and very rare.
Make sure to read up on all of the essential nutrients you need in order to stay healthy, balanced and happy. Don’t forget to incorporate B12 in your diet regime, as most beginners make this mistake.
