Justin Chapple thinks every sandwich needs some sort of creamy element to bring it all together—even a vegan one. Fortunately, it turns out vegan mayonnaise is easy to make with just a food processor and a few basic ingredients: tofu, salt, white vinegar, and oil.
Ingredients:
14oz of silken tofu
generous pinch of salt
1 tsp of white vinegar
1 cup of blended oil (olive and canola/vegetable oil)
