Travelling on vegan Candida diet
I made this video to arm you with tips and hacks for whenever you need to travel on a restricted diet, especially vegan Candida diet.
The main aspects to consider when travelling:
1. Prepare ahead suitable foods for the road. Those include kale chips, raw cabbage and carrots, canned lentils and peas as well as gluten-free and yeast-free bread.
2. Eating out on vegan Candida diet. Do your research of potential places beforehand. Read the reviews and be prepared to ask for more information when already there. Make sure there’s no added sugar, vinegars and other harmful substances in the food that you order.
3. Stay in apartments or hotel rooms that have a small kitchen corner, so that you can prepare your own meal every now and then.
4. Stay true to your healthy routines even when travelling. For example, have lemon water and practice yoga every day.
NB! When you do have setbacks or flare-ups, try not to stress out about it too much. As you know, stress contributes to Candida symptoms. So, put yourself at ease, try to relax and meditate if necessary. After all, you cannot change the past events, you can only concentrate on what’s to come.
