Ingredients:

#1 Peanut Butter Blueberry Cookie for One

1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp peanut butter
¼ tsp vanilla
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tsp raw sugar

pinch of salt
pinch of baking powder
3 tbsp spelt flour
1 tbsp almond milk
blueberries, fresh or frozen

→ serves 1

#2 Grilled Chocolate + Raspberry Sandwich

a bit of coconut oil/vegan butter for greasing
2 pieces of toast
1 tbsp vegan cream cheese OR 1 tbsp plain vegan yogurt
2 tsp raspberry jam AND/OR a few frozen/fresh raspberries
2 tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips

→ serves 1-2

#3 White Bean Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough/Cake Batter

1 can white beans, rinsed + drained (240g)
1 cup oats, small cut (90g)
⅓ cup raw sugar (75g)
3 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt
2 ½ Tbsp melted vegan butter or coconut oil
¼ cup non dairy milk (60ml)
¼ cup chocolate chips, or more if you like (40g)

→ serves 4-6
