Low Fat Vegan No Oil Kid Friendly Restaurant Style Homemade

Here it is, a kids friendly easy salsa. Most salsas that I have tried are way to spicy for my kids. Most kids do not like even the slightest hint of spicy. I have tried to sneak a little jalapeño in there but I always get caught. Fast and easy and delicious. You can make this and keep it in your fridge for a couple of days. Mine never makes it that far.

You can make this as spicy as you want by just adding a little heat to it. Any hot pepper will work.

Ingredients,
3 Tomatoes (1 finely chopped)
1/2 onion
1 C cilantro
Optional Garlic
Optional Hot Pepper
1/4 t salt
1 lime or lemon
