Hi everyone. These videos are quite highly requested, so here’s our meat free meal plan and vegetarian food shop haul for this week. 🙂
OUR VEGETARIAN MEAL PLAN FOR THE WEEK
Pasta with cheese sauce with chopped tomatoes and grated cheese. (Cheese sauce sachets are from the Co-Op in an orange packet).
Palak Paneer & Spinach Curry, Cardamom Rice – https://www.gousto.co.uk/cookbook/vegetarian-recipes/palak-paneer-spinach-curry-cardamom-rice
Vegetable Noodles & Silky Cashew Nut Sauce – https://www.gousto.co.uk/cookbook/vegan-recipes/vegetable-noodles-silky-cashew-nut-sauce
Tomato & Mascarpone sauce from Tesco with pasta (Our Thursday meal tradition)
Passage to Asia Satay Sauce with meat free chicken pieces (from Tesco own brand). Chopped peanuts crushed on top with grated carrot and red pepper. Served with jasmine rice, tomato and cucumber.
One-Pot Puttanesca – https://www.gousto.co.uk/cookbook/vegetarian-recipes/simple-one-pot-puttanesca
Quorn Pies (already in the freezer), potatoes and vegetables (already had the bits for this in).
Please note that I have worked with Tesco, Gousto and Passage to Asia in the past – however, this video is not an AD and is not in collaboration. I have bought everything myself and am reusing the recipe cards from Gousto because we enjoy the meals so much. And the same goes for the sauce, we continue to buy it because we like it so much.
Thank you for watching.

Hi I’m Alex! I started writing a blog back in 2013 as a way to capture my thoughts, feelings and emotions as I married my childhood sweetheart and we had our first child. I’m now a Mum of two little boys (Ethan & Logan) and I’ve continued writing, photographing and videoing ever since as a way to remember all of the little details that make up this amazing journey of Motherhood.
