Extra Tips On the Keto Diet:
Make sure you drink lots of water I like to drink my water with lemon juice it is so refreshing and amazing to drink.
My shake recipe:
2 scoops of evolve protein shake
1/4 cup pecan pieces
16 ounces of Silk almond milk (unsweetened )
3 tablespoon of hemp seeds
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of almond butter
This recipe is 8.5 carbs, 748 calories for 1 serving
