4 green onions (chopped)
1 whole jalapeño (diced finely)
2 on the vine tomatoes
1.5 cups of cherry tomatoes (optional)
1 red bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1.5-2 cups of grated carrots

» Cashew Tahini Dressing
3/4 cup of raw tahini
1/2 cup of cashews
1 tbsp of fresh dill
1 tbsp of dried dill weed
1.5-2 tsp of garlic powder
2 tsp of onion powder
1 whole lemon (juiced)
1 tsp of pink Himalayan salt
1.5-2 cups of water

» Seasonings/Toppings
1-1.5 tbsp of Jada Spices Red Pepper seasoning
1 tsp of Simply Organic’s red pepper flakes
1 cup of raw sunflower seeds
