“VEGAN GNOCCHI BOLOGNESE” (everything bought at Trader Joe’s)

CARBS + PROTEIN:
TJ’s Cauliflower Gnocchi
TJ’s Kale Gnocchi
TJ’S Hi-Protein Plant-based Burger (bolognese source)
Organic Peas

SAUCE:
TJ’S Low-Sodium Veggie Broth
TJ’S No-Sodium Organic Marinara

FLAVOR:
Diced Green Olives
Minced Garlic
Onion Powder
Sriracha

FEEL FREE to add any vegetable, flavor, or ingredient in that you like.

For example; I know green olives in tomato-based pasta recipe seems random but aside from the fact I’m obsessed with green olives i love the it adds a savory flavor to the recipe!

*Non-vegans can still enjoy this recipe too- just substitute the ingredients that satisfy your diet requirements accordingly!
