Vegan Weight Loss

After ditching the scales for over 7 years, I recently weighed myself, only to discover that I’d lost 56 pounds (25kg) over the course of my vegan journey! After following the Eat to Live 6-week nutrition program, I lost a further 11 pounds. In this video, I discuss the gradual process, why I’ve chosen not to discuss weight loss up until this moment, and the small healthy changes I’ve incorporated into my lifestyle.
