I love sharing these what I eat in a day videos with you because I feel like it gives you a better insight as to how someone who is on a vegan weight loss journey eats to achieve their goals. Eating a whole food plant based diet is an amazing and healthy way to eat, but sometimes weight loss is still hard to achieve. That’s why I decided to follow the general guidelines of Dr. McDougall’s The Starch Solution, which is a higher starch, high carb, low fat vegan plant based diet, allowing one to fill their stomach with food, stay satisfied until their next meal.
