HOT PROTEIN WEETABIX
2-3 weetabix
2 tbsp Iswari Buddhas Awakening Chocolate Hit
pinch of salt
scoop of protein powder (Vivo Life*)
1. cover weetabix with hot water and mix in all powders. Top with your favourites i.e. fruit and CHOCOLATE 🙂
ICED PROTEIN COFFEE
200ml coconut milk
pinch of salt
1/2 a frozen banana
1 tbsp protein powder
1 shot of strong coffee
BUTTERNUT SQUASH QUINOA “RISSOTO”
70g quinoa
approx. 150g butternut squash
veg of choice
vegetable stock
dried herbs
lime juice
optional: sun dried tomatoes and olives (add in at the end)
1. cover quinoa in veg stock with about 2 inches of water and simmer.
2. after 10 minutes, add in butternut squash and let cook. add more liquid if needed.
3. cook again for approx. 7 minutes and add in other veg of choice. cook for a few more minutes until all cooked. add in herbs and lime/lemon juice.
